Leland Blue Stone is a beautiful by-product of the old Leland Ironworks which operated from the late 1880s through about 1918. It can range in color from purplish indigo to sky blue, turquoise and olive green. No two are the same, but Ruth Bloomer, of Traverse City created this dramatic pair, always matching stone colors nicely. They are almost 1 1/4” long and have sterling silver wires.
