Ruth is a happy artist who makes beautiful jewelry using Michigan beach stones that she loves. We asked and she gave us the following artist's statement: "I was born and raised in Michigan. Lived in many places from the UP to South west, but Traverse City is my home. I have worked in health care for over 30 years. Jewelry making for nearly 15 years. I love working with beach stones and items I find on my walks. I am married, have a grown son, and two Golden Retrievers. |
